Jo Withem, owner, teaching Easy Flow Yoga and Ashtanga based Yoga.
Words from Jo: “I came to yoga like most, tired of feeling out of shape and less confident about my body than I wanted to be. Soon I realized more than my body had changed but how much yoga calmed my mind and renewed my spirit. I have loved what my students have brought to my practice. I have loved all the workshops and certifications I have acquired- from Yogafit to Doug Swenson to Shiva Rea- all of my teachers have given me so much experience to enrich my classes and life in general. As a therapist as well, I have learned how beneficial yoga and body arts of all kinds can be for wellness and homeostasis. I teach Easy Flow and Ashtanga based yoga classes with an emphasis on bringing respect and awareness to the practice and the fundamentals to hopefully balance breath, contentment and respect for all body types.”
Patti Guptill, teaching Sport Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Family Yoga.
Words from Patti: “I started practicing yoga in 2002, after my son was born. He was starting to get heavy and I decided that I needed to do something to strengthen my back and improve my overall health. I also have issues with arthritis and wanted something to potentially help ease the pain and slow the onset. Once I started, I found that yoga gave me that and much, much more. I was so excited about yoga that I decided to take classes on how to teach yoga, so that I could share this wonderful thing with others. I enjoy working with my students to help them experience the amazing impact that yoga can have on them, both physically and mentally.”

Ashley Smeader, teaching Yogini Belly
Words from Ashley: “So my favorite thing about yoga is that it's yours! You design it for your needs and your intentions. I've been doing yoga since the spring of 2006 and it has taken on a life force all of its own for me! I love everything about practicing yoga and some time after taking that first class I realized that I wanted to share all the benefits of yoga to everyone I knew. So in the spring of 2008 I became certified! Now I get to pass everything I have learned and everything I will learn in the future on to my students. Practicing yoga has changed my life and the way I view the entire universe. I truly believe it's yoga that has saved my sanity, my spirit, and my body! Yoga itself is a journey and one I am blessed to be on, without it I honestly don't know where my life might be.”
Betsy Wells, teaching Bebe Yoga, webmaster
Words from Betsy: “My first yoga experiences came from exercise videos when I was in high school. But I first started doing yoga regularly when my son was a few months old in 2005, and it started with baby yoga. I started taking Jo’s yoga classes at the studio in early 2006 and immediately fell in love with it. After that, there was rarely a week that went by that I didn’t attend a yoga class, and I began my regular home practice then as well. I knew very quickly that I wanted yoga to be a constant in my life and that I would like to someday be an instructor. I received my yoga certification from NETA in early 2008 when I was 7 months pregnant with my daughter. Yoga is my exercise, my relaxation, my strength, my peace, my life.
