No registration for classes. All of our classes take walk-ins. The only classes that have sign-ups are Family Yoga, Bebe Yoga, and Yogini Belly.
Tuesday:
6:10pm Easy Flow with Jo (beginner)
7:30pm Okinawan Ryukyu Karate with Brion
Wednesday:
6:10pm Sport Yoga with Patti (all-level)
7:30pm Yin Yoga with Patti (all-level)
Thursday:
6:10pm Yoga Form and Function with Thomas (all-level)
7:30pm Okinawan Ryukyu Karate with Brion
Saturday:
8:15am Family Yoga with Patti (45 min. all-level)

9:30am Community-Based Yoga with Staff (all-level)
(Community-Based Yoga is ONLY $5)
Sunday:
5:00pm Ashtanga Based Yoga with Jo (intermediate)
Each class lasts for 1 hour unless noted differently.
Private classes are also available if requested.
