Dance is an art in which one uses their body to express themselves through movements.  Cardio dance uses these movements from all styles of dance in order to give the body a fitness workout.  Cardio dance is an energetic way to exercise and tone your body.  At The Shanti Center, we offer two different cardio dance classes.
Zumba
Zumba is all about making fitness fun.  If you like cumbia, salsa, and meringue, then you’ll love this class inspired by Latin music and dance.  Zumba is for everyone, fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
